BIG Shoutouts to Shiru, Roushmore, PulseEffects and Exarion for dealing with my annoying questions and providing the manips used in this Route.

Quick Description:
This route uses the usual manipulated Mudkip, as well as Manips for Abra and skips the Masterball and instead manipulates its stat and catches it in a Pokeball. Also included is the newer double Petalburg (and therefore better Fallabor) Shopping, as well as Mauville Center to skip the Slateport Beach Ether.

Defensive ranges for problematic mons are provided.

Finally updated this route to fit with current RTA strats of save+quit as well as Abraless. It also makes several fights better thanks to utilizing Hidden Power.
