If you are new and looking to get into speedrunning then Super Mario 64 is a good option and the only hard thing in that is the first BLJ for the 16 star run and that is to get to Bowser the second BLJ on the infinite stair case is easy.

Is there actually a way to run this game Glitchless? I ask because i know this game is very buggy and glitchy to the point that it is actually solid and not broken when speedrunning.

Well i said that Super Metroid and Ocarina of time are popular as the last i checked they had a cult following. And at the time of me looking it up of those 3 searches Ocarina of time had the most as one person had 1,900 viewers but that was a 24 hour stream. And the OP wanted to know the most likely ones so that is what i listed not counting in the factors of popular people playing the games of course.

At times i wish i had a laptop and not a desktop as i am waiting for a new power adapter for my second monitor so i can't use my Elgato to try and record runs. Well i could but i do not want to use the 3 second screen delay to predict everything in a high pace action game, you know if the Elgato did not have a delay i would not have a need for a second monitor and i have a old version of the Elgato i think the newer ones have lesser of a delay nearing a fraction of 1 second that way you can actually play the game on the Elgato recording and or streaming screen while recording and or streaming it.

Really not all horror games are good at their jobs as most of the time they rely on nothing but jump scares the color red and flashing lights as in bad atmosphere building. Then you got the Diamonds like SCP and Amnesia the dark descent but even then you will get desensitized after awhile.

A game that is easy and has little to no glitches would be The Last Airbender the DS version not the Wii version the DS version is short about 1 hour long if optimized 1h 30min for the minimal amount of skill. It is also a fun little distraction with some hilarious bugs that means nothing to the time nor gameplay just funny to see them, if you do not have a capture card for the DS or any system in the DS family then just take your phone or camera a tripod and there you go.

The capture card advice works for just about anything really. And yes there was a very bad Avatar movie called The Last Airbender Directed by M. Night Shyamalan, however the DS version of the game feels like a fun little indie game but the Wii version of it which goes by the same name as the movie and DS version is broken and the controls are unresponsive at times. So unless you want to be a memester with a broken 3 hour long Wii game i recommend the DS version. And again with The Last Airbender for the DS it is just all about optimization with very little RNG in the mix.

I do agree that just running games for the views is never good but for the sake of the question Ocarina of Time and Super Metroid will always get you a ton of views and be popular. And like Liv says Speedrun any game that a popular face is playing this is all good advice for the short term. If you however want long term views and vairalness then speedrun games that interest you and do so often if you can on something like twitch or any streaming platform.

However getting a world record of any kind will always garner a lot of views, and there are a lot of records that could be gotten with minimal effort due to the communities of some games not being very big or active. And never run games that you do not like or will not no matter how much attention it might garner as that is the best way to get burnt out.

Just my little opinion that probably does not matter as i have yet to ran the game still planing on it though, but Habreno is quite active so why not make him a mod? if he is ok with that of course.

Question what is the difference between the "Leave the station" category and Any%? and why is it faster than Any%?

And why is there a thing that shows time with loads and a time without loads? I ask because this game seems like a interesting game to run a few times before getting bored with it as seeing how short it is when speed running.

Also i have ran and recorded a few games before like The Last Airbender for the DS but i have never uploaded them to the site. And yes i do suck at some games like Pokemon Ranger.

Ok so Hidari's art is really captivating but it is probably not often you see art made by only the left hand probably why i also like Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia. But that is the only game i have seen from him out of the 8? but yeah i will check it out Thanks.

As the tittle implies which is more fun to play? I should confess that i have played the DS version a bit way too much and i know the Wii version is different to the point it could be considered a different game maybe. But that is enough clarity of my stupidity so again which is more fun to play?

but it goes into 3 different paths that re converge at Temple of the Sacred Sword. But my confusion is since it must be done in order and you must do all six of those inbetweens what is the order that you start or does it not matter?

Keep in mind Legend mode lets you do the 3 in any order but you have to complete those 6 levels in order to progress. Like i am only asking because i don't want to actually do a run that violates a rule.

Like i know people claim that Japanese is the fastest language to play in but how fast is Korean? Like i assume it would be pretty fast faster than English at least but exactly how fast and is there any version differences between Japanese and Korean other than the text?

Well i guess there is really only one way to find out and that is for someone to actually try and get the fastest time on the English version. At least then we would know how fast the Japanese version could possibly be as it is faster than the English version and that is just stating the obvious at this point XD

Like i know the Japanese version is faster but exactly how much faster? and what is the possible max speed for both versions?

I would also like to know why only the english version is allowed. It does not bother me at all since i do own the english version it just strikes me weird and tickles my curiosity on why only that version is allowed. I and others surely would appreciate if we got some insight on this if that is not too much to ask and thank you for taking your time reading this somewhat redundant comment.

Is there anyway i can play this game other than getting a CD-i then spending another $400+ on this game? Also if there are any emulators for this game what would be the timing differences? as i would want the closest to the real thing which i can not afford the real thing so that is out of the question.

So if i would submit a speedrun of this game done on the WiiUVC what do i put it as DS,3DS, New3DS or WiiUVC?

And yes the game is on the Wii U Virtual Console. Or do you not accept runs done on the Wii U? I would also like to know what the differences are between this and the DS family versions...Other than it is cheaper to get a capture card for the Wii U than it is for the DS, 3DS and New3DS.
