You can find someone who has a PS4 with this game downloaded and play off their console, or buy a PS4 on eBay with P.T. installed. I was lucky enough to have the former.
One other way, though it might not work for you, is if you "purchased" the demo on PSN when it was out, even if you didn't have a ps4 or never downloaded it, you can load the actual game form the backup of someone who has it. My game was accidentally deleted a while back, but I was able to load the game from a friend's backup and since I had the license I was able to install it and play it again.
What do you mean load it from a backup? I deleted the game years ago and it doesn't let me redownload it from the library. (saying it's not available) Is a backup something that can be sent online?
