Question for Ilpq, how do you do the glitch at the beginning? I'm really impressed about your run 1:07 it's so fast, but RNG sucks I think you've played hours and hours to finally get a run. Me I tried to be fast I've got a 1:21 it's actually pretty great for me, very happy to know how to make the rail strat.
I know I'm kinda late but how are times like this even possible??? My best time is in the 1:50's
Speedruning this event is not so easy and you need to practice a lot. I recommend you to check top 5 runs then you'll see what strats is faster than others. RNG is very annoying because sometimes you can be ruined by a shock that comes from nowhere, so it requires a knowledge of the game and the track and patience, most of the time you'll fail somehow. The WR strats are very insane and I'm not able to do that crazy beginning, the rail jump is also very hard and you need to practice a lot that is the key

the 1:07 - 1:10 seconds possible WR is Glitch Super Angel flying Sonic?
Non-Glitch is 1:14 seconds - 1:21 seconds with Sonic or Shadow
That glitch is very tricky, first, you need to take the highest speed with the little bumps, after, go on the left side of the rail and use the A boost. In conclusion, too hard for me :3
