I'm just starting to play the game and plan on speedrunning at somepoint. What keybinds do you guys recommend I use?

Keybinds are mostly a personal choice, especially if you are on keyboard. Some people use WASD for movement, some people use the arrow keys. Both are represented by top players at the highest level of the game. So is controller, if you're considering using that.

I would say whatever you do, make sure your settup allows for combining certain actions with movement. Nail swinging while jumping, casting spells as you're moving/changing direction., etc. As long as you can do that eventually, your keybinds should be fine!

Note for keybinds: make sure your spell casting bind is for quick cast and not focus! You won't be able to perform some of the first few tricks like fireball skips in greenpath if you don't use quick cast.

In my opinion.The keyboard is more easier to control than gamepad when you starting to play this game.
