LRT believers.... rise as it is your time to shine. the boards now finally accept the option to submit your loadless time and will now be primarily ranked by it!

if you have used the autosplitter/load remover in any of your runs and it also shows the game time on screen, feel free to edit your run with the time given by livesplit and put it into the "LRT" option on the new "Timing" variable which is used to dictate whether runs are LRT or RTA.

additionally, we now have the following new rules

• All runs using the autosplitter/load remover must include LiveSplit on the video and have the game time showing. If the timer is not there, the run will be retimed to RTA and be put under RTA in the "Timing" variable.
• Modifications to the game of any kind are not allowed to be used before or during the run.

everything is subject to change (including the modification thing depending on whats needed) but this is the solution for now. Happy running! and please dont be afraid to yell either out of happiness or anger.

TL;DR

i realize that a lot of people arent even in the discord and probably will not see anything new with the game rules, so i am reposting it here in the news tab for everyone to see

• Runs will allow the use of a seeded save file. The only application currently is in Purge Event due to the Taxi Driver's head and the dogs maze section being seeded.
• ALL runs will now require viewing the file select at the start of the run instead of only if you ever need to quit out to the menu.
• Runs cannot cover the autosave icon, View Job Listings prompt, and the crosshair with anything. REMINDER: IT IS STILL VERY MUCH PREFERRED YOU HAVE VIEW JOB LISTINGS PROMPT AND CROSSHAIR ENABLED FOR EASIER RUN RETIMING!!!!!

Any runs that have not followed these new rules before this post will be grandfathered in. If you have a seeded run done, now is your chance to submit it to the boards!

As it is day 1 of boards being open, there is a chance there might be some wack runs that could potentially slip by. Be sure to join the Discord server not only just to yell at me or the other mods if something like that happens, but also to be apart of the community. You can also use the forums to yell about the same thing if you'd like. GOOD LUCK TO ALL RUNNERS!
