from what i've seen, some of the exploits don't work on the steam version so I was curious if anyone has the lead

On the way to accessing the patio that's in house number 9, there's a step ladder abandoned, which was used to vandalize a billboard which now has "WHY VOTE ANARCHY" written in red all over it.

Is selling that ladder allowed or will it be considered theft?

Since I feel like most of us got the game through Ultimate Edition, I feel like there could be some expansion stuff like reach a certain business level, get your pets whisked away for safety, talent badge runs, etc etc.

Every time I try to do it, no matter when or for how long i open the binoculars while changing, the animation just doesn't skip. Tried it with FPS capped to 15, 30, 60, and uncapped - same result. Anything that might be able to work this out?
