Is that absolutely neseccary to contain a LiveSplit on the video or the run will be calculated without it anyway?
No, you do not need an on screen timer but you do need a way to calculate a time. Its fine if it isn't 100% accurate as the mods retime every run they verify

Changes on bhop and IL rules
After discussing with the mod team and top runners, we agreed to make changes to bhop rules and to the IL leaderboards.
All of these changes don't affect console runs, since all bhops are allowed on console.
