What a crazy difficult level to run perfectly. I found out that if you move through the map near-perfectly, you can get an early cycle on a crusher peg that would usually block you for a few seconds. This is absurdly difficult, however, and even though my ending in this run was kind of sloppy, I'm not willing to throw another hour of attempts at this obscure IL.
