I got a little trigger happy at the end which is why my time is off, also sorta missed Wario's nose a few times as I pressed my keyboards timer button and played Cricket with my right hand + mouth.
I entered what I believe my time to be, as I watched it through and timed the gap in-between my pausing and the finish to be about 3 seconds, but still likely needs to be re-timed by a mod.
To make it easier, here's my interpretation,

hey guys, just thought i'd give an update on some findings from recently.
back when the game first came out there was a small conception that jp would be faster since in other games, japanese and other similar languages are faster than eng generally due to faster scrolling text/less text boxes.
