OBS Input overaly - no debug

There is now a standard for how to display times for individual level (IL) runs. Note that this **does not** affect how runs are timed, just how times are displayed. There have been three changes:

1. IL runs will only have a time put in under the Load-Removed Time (LRT), not Real-Time Attack (RTA).
