Alright so let me explain, I don't stream and i just recently started using youtube for video proof since i usually used photos and if i record myself speedrunning a couple of runs of celeste classic and i get a run i wanna submit can i just go to youtube and record the part where i got the run or can i use a picture?.

you could probably just submit a link to the video with timestamp, pictures are not valid proof (afaik)

sub 3 minute runs require videos for proof, for 3+ minute ones a picture probably suffices (the rules say Slower runs may be accepted with simple photographic proof but it's recommended to record your runs as faster runs strictly require video proof.)

a youtube video is valid proof as long as you have the whole run in the video
