WQ glitch allows to tp/trigger debug quest progress update, etc as long as the characters used are different.

In particular Preset Chars mostly likely is going to go (or just become glitchless, 'cause why not). Mostly this is about new glitches found by me/quakish related to loading mp saves in sp, cross loading saves, transferring quests between different characters and so on.
