Some noteworthy new strategies I use are:

• skipping the shark pull with a horizontal pillar
• optimizations to the after-Island death sequences

Other than that, it's mainly a consolidation of the strategies I already knew. Sub 2h is definitely possible... maybe I'll still go for that later, not sure yet.
