"The Boat Way (Beginners Way)" - The boat way is the route i will first be showing off on this guide Tutorial, first start your timer on the very first frame after skipping the Cutscene, turn back and head left and go to Roman's Place whilst pushing the cop car in a certain Direction. Right Push = Left, Left Push = Right. after doing this, use your F2 button (turn off clip capture in the menu btw) to skip the Tutorial and Eating Tutorial, proceed to your Cop car that you pushed momentarily, after that either break into it or just punch the window out. after doing this go out to the Sandy beaches of Hove Beach and use your cop car to boost yourself into the ocean, get out and Look down and twirl your camera around for the RNG-based Boats, make sure it is a fast boat. not a fishing boat, a superb boat. after that use your Cop car shotgun to kill the 1-3 people who may be on board and then drive to LC's Statue of Happiness and make your way up the floors, watch out for cops, and then finally after you see the sweatshirt no longer on the ground that is time so end it.

"The Helicopter Way (Fastest Way)" The Helicopter way is the route we will be showcasing 2nd or well last, so here we go, go ahead and start your timer on the very first frame after skipping the Cutscene, turn back and head left and go to Roman's Place whilst pushing the Cop car in a certain Direction, like i said with the Pushing Car Animations, you should be ok with them by now. Anyways push it to the marker and stop, after that press F2 and skip the Tutorial and Eating Tutorial to skip it all, get in your cop car like i said before, punch it out or break in it, after this find a cop car to bump into, once you do so they will quickly respond to this attack, they will come out to arrest you but kill one and pick the gun up after that they will send a Helicopter your way, whilst it is on it's way, go ahead and go to Hove Beach's Beach near the Entrance there will be a Water source straight ahead and you will see rocks near it go to the rocks and take cover with the Cop car behind the rocks, jump on the Cop car and use your previously picked up ammo 17-17+ Ammo to shoot the Helicopter Pilot down and finally use the Helicopter to Navigate and land in/onto the Landing of the Sweatshirt Island, land on the sweatshirt and pick it up, and that my friends is Time.
