1. Open the following folder in file explorer: \Steam\steamapps\common\SpongeBob SquarePants Battle for Bikini Bottom - Rehydrated

2. In that folder there should be a file that reads "Spongebob_BFBB_R"

3. Open this file

You have now successfully launched the game without using Steam. You will have access to NONE of Steam's features doing this. (I.E: Steam's built in fps counter, Playtime, Screenshots, Steam overlay) however doing this will give your system less lag and better performance without changing the games graphical settings.
