Season 12 Leaderboard Updates

Hey everyone! Here's all the new leaderboard updates for s12:
- Added Pharah and Zarya to Hero Mastery
- Added Juno to relevant categories
- Renamed previous Practice Range categories to All Heroes (Pre-Juno) and Support Only (Pre-Juno)
- Added new Clash maps Hanaoka and Throne of Anubis to relevant categories

Practice Range Updated Rules
Hey! The Practice Range rules have been updated to be a bit more clear. They're essentially the same as before but now cover some areas in more detail. If there's any questions or feedback, feel free to let us know!
