Hello I am a beginner speed runner .I noticed some speed runners do not buy grenades they some how at the mission yes sir yes sir they convert uzi amos into grenades' how to do it .Please help me

reason why I am asking this question is in rampages speed runs speed runners glitched the grenades any time they want how do they do?

That's done by cancelling a rampage by playing a replay which is over 2 minute in-game time in the future. So the strat is to just start a new game, sit on a rampage until a little over 2:19 (2 minutes + intro cutscene) has passed, then play the replay once to start the rampage and a second time to cancel it and get 30k ammo.
