This game is a LaserDisc game which was basically an entire game programmed into a DVD using menus and logic to have a gameplay experience.
As far as I could figure out, Singe is the only Emulator currently emulating these games correctly. You can get the game running with a combination of the following 2 URLS:

I can certainly set one up if you like! But I will have to add a rule requiring some type of video proof that the lightgun exists and is being used in the run. You cool with that?
Yeah I'm good with that it, just need to figure out how to record it where it would be screen capture or not. It won't be the orginal arcade but on the retroshooter
