Hey, I was wondering if there was any chance we could have a whip only category. Its actually quite fun, especially since whip upgrades are not a thing in this game. Here's an example run I did on WiiVC. Quick note, this run used a fresh file in the same manner as any% and used the flame whip item crash since that can be used in drax X whip only.

This is a great idea AgentWyvern. It's the Rondo of Blood version of low% and would be a great addition to the main categories.

I'm curious - is the whip crash slow? You didn't use it much during the run.

The whip crash does seem to be slow DPS compared to just whipping. However, I did use it to skip past the the blocks that spawn during the mummy boss fight making it much easier and quicker. There may be similar applications elsewhere but I haven't spent too much time with the category yet.
