When I tried to install Fusion, it opened up OpenEmu for my Mac. I'm guessing they use the same core? I really don't know. So is OpenEmu not allowed?

OpenEmu uses the GenPlus core which is not allowed for emulation. I don't know much about emus for Mac but finding a core that it supported shouldn't be too difficult. I would try Bizhawk for OS X as compatibility seems likely

Used Gens previously, after ban of this emu using Regen, works fine
