The timing rules have been changed to exclude loading times.
"Timing starts when you load into a level and ends when your character freezes after beating the level."
All (non-obsolete) runs have been retimed in accordance with the new rules (with the exception of runs with deleted video evidence). Runs where the new time is different have a Mod Message in the comments. The new rules allow runners to use plcc's timer mod from the Resources. However, using it isn't required.
There have been a couple of changes to Coop% and Coop All Checkpoints%
If a secondary player plays a role in a speedrun, he must have a screen recording (Speedruns Coop All Checkpoints% will be checked more carefully). Also, now the secondary player may play a not role in the speedrun, as long as t
