Why some categories are not applicable (N/A)
For Any% to be applicable, there needs to be a route where the player doesn't get all checkpoints.
For Coop to be applicable, the optimum route needs to require more than 1 player.

New Timing Rules
The timing rules have been changed to exclude loading times.
"Timing starts when you load into a level and ends when your character freezes after beating the level."
