Much better run. Figured out that Eevee's tail whip can be canceled by just switching pokemon, can even be the pokemon the moved was used on. Doesn't work for Ryhorn's Leer or Chansey's Scrunch, sadly. Emulator: Gambatte. Recorder: FFsplit. Timer: WSplit
