A pretty straightforward level - the basic strategy is:

1. get Gambling Hall to boost gold to 20k+
2. rush with Krolm

This run could be improved by:

1. Getting lucky and having Ixmil's Fortress spawn sooner or closer
2. Finding & destroying Ixmil's Fortress before its first teleport (is this possible?)
