Starting to run this game, decided to do AMGID for various reasons although the main reason is it doesn't rely on displacement clips. I've been getting the first 2 decks refined and I somehow ended up breaking my shotgun part way through Deck 1. (On the plus side, I remembered all the modules this time.)
The shotgun I picked up was the one in Med B down the far end.
Is there something I'm missing here, or was this patched? Would the fact that I didn't skip the cutscene on Deck 1 have anything to do with it?
(Also, is there a Discord instance for SS2 or SS in general?)
Following up on this, I tried with the version of the files that you get from SS2Tool and I think I know what happens with the shotgun here.
It appears to be incapable of jamming but I think if you restart the game (in my case it was because it crashed) then it loses its magic ability to not jam.
A bit late buy yeah pretty sure this was patched. The shotgun in the loft and the assault rifle you can get in the armory on Med B used to never break but the patch ended that. Still haven't tested if they fixed the pistol without recoil from Med B either since it's less of a necessity.
