What did I do?
-
Recorded 2 hours of hp2.
-
Added a timeline to the file in the video editor.
- Recorded the difference every minute.
I did this twice to rule out coincidence.
The same result twice.
The time seems to be constant until minute 17.
It is 200ms more until minute 34.
After 34 minutes there is a permanent minus of 250ms -
My suggestion is that the first 17 minutes are considered official.
All without guarantee, my own observation with my PC =)

No, because timebug can happen even without 17mins having passed. All runs will be manually retimed, regardless of how long they are. There's a few runs verified which you can check to see how much the in-game timer varies from the real time.
I just synchronized the external timer with the start of a new round. In my ingame the measurement of min 6 is pretty accurate. If I upload a video in the future then I will only do it with an external timeline.
You don't need to do that if you don't want to, we'll still manually retime any runs submitted.
The leaderboard is currently in the process of being manually retimed and having the correct car filters applied to all runs. Please bear with me over the next few days as there were around ~220+ runs that need(ed) manual review. As of writing, there are 175 runs left
