Yo, MPS speedrunners, is the option of fast cpus and/or fast text speed allowed for any run of the game?

Yo, does anyone know if all weapons, charms and supers are allowed for Any%/All Bosses runs? if any are banned, please tell me which ones.

Yooo guys, I’m getting into speedrunning Deltarune, but idk if I can use Japanese as the games language if I don’t speak it. Is that banned? It’s not in game rules. i’m grateful for any and all help.
