if you watch a few runs of the game, you'll notice that's how most people submit their runs (myself included), so yes, it is perfectly ok to submit this way

Yep, the only real exception is when it’s longer than the 30 second recording limit on the Switch itself

Thanks Wolfaeterni, Just i make a good time without OBS o the Limitation of 30 seconds of the Switch, but the game save the replay to watch when you want. the ways is record the replay and upload this to youtube and summit the run, right?
