fixed the leaderboard

you may have noticed a few changes i made to the leaderboards, but if you didn't here's what's up:
- main game lives off is now Any%
- All EX Levels and 100% added, which require you to use a real timer
- useless IL categories removed; now it's just main level and EX level
- ppath IL added, which requires you to use a real timer
- car%. touch the car. wr is a little over 2 seconds right now
- tower from game start (submit anything, as long as you start and finish a main game run)

Back in Time Glitch (BiT)
A new glitch has been discovered by Consume_Pie, which allows the player to control the game and its main menu at the same time. In his words:
- clicking greenflag while at the start of ppath while in turbomode warps you to the world map
