Glitchless any% restrictions

Don't know if it's a bug or a feature, but heavy jump attack resets fall damage to the height it was used at. It can't be used to avoid long death drops because you can't use it after a certain fall distance, but it can mitigate damage through some parts and can help avoid death drops at the start of Observatory and in Arisen Dominion sun hall, shaving off like 30 seconds to a minute. Then there's also rolling attack canceling, which I feel can be a bit faster than running if managed properly. Should this stuff be allowed, separated into "No major glitches" category or left for "any% current patch", which still has older faster runs?

Great find! I heard about this but wasn't exactly sure how it was performed. I personally feel like it's not a glitch, I think it's a feature because it's in place for plunging attacking enemies but leaving in the invulnerability when an enemy isn't there is more of an oversight and not a glitch. My vote would be to allow it in Glitchless but I'd like to hear what others think

I would also allow it in glitchless/nmg, considering it doesn't stop you from dying for falling too far.
