Going to be honest with you, if you don't know where the stuff is or can't remember, practice memorization on them on individual levels, make yourself notes with this livesplit plugin ( https://www.nightgamedev.com/sgl ) or run another category.
100% is probably the hardest category just due to memorization if you play another category you can get better acquainted with the game and understand what the notes mean. If you want to try to run just 100% go ahead I don't want to stop you, but if I were in your shoes this is what I would do just trying to get more of a feel of the game and the memorization will come naturally.
