Over the years, many people asked "how long would 100% be without the Splendid Hair" and the answer is simple: the 2nd longest item to evolve takes 80 hours to do so, we can only get it after 2 hours and 30 minutes of gameplay, and we also have about 2 hours of menus. So it would take a little less than 85 hours.

And this is exactly what we did. My time is 84 hours, 29 minutes and 45 seconds.

This is a very meme category, extremely niche, and not even worth putting on the Miscellaneous section in my opinion. Even if someone else does it, we won't create the category for real.

If anyone ever plans on doing it, I would HEAVILY, SERIOUSLY recommend you to do a 100% run before. 99.92% is MUCH harder. Compared to 100% that has only about 18% of the time as gameplay, 99.92% has about 50% of gameplay. I was never able to take a break longer than 9 hours. It's not as easy as 100% where you can just basically play 4 hours then have a break for 20 hours, and repeat every day.

Hello everyone! This thread will introduce you the Tales of Symphonia speedrunners. Runners are free to introduce themselves here.

I am Baffan, I am 23 and I live in France. I play Tales of Symphonia casually since the release of the game, I never stopped playing it, I always played it in my life and I believe I never stopped playing this game more than a year. It's my favorite game ever and that will probably never change.

Obviously I became interested in ToS speedruns when I discovered speedrunning and other ToS runners. My focus was on NG+ because I did a ton of NG+ casually with my friends and I found it more funny at the moment. I was at ESA 2014 where I did a co-op run with people I never seen before, and that was a great experience! But for my next marathon I will do a very serious run with more skill. Probably NG then.
