BelgiumHey, just like Ben said, Controller is definitally recommended. And for your first playthrough I would recommend you having an aggresive playstyle. Focus more on dodging and counter attacking rather than blocking. That way you can already start learning some enemy (especially boss) patterns. Other than that, just enjoy the game. Well basically you can check your own PB. The time you it in your pb, you hit the exact frame you need to hit. There are also some area where you simply cannot get SC. I would just recommend doing it always at the same place, and not move while shooting/quickloading. Settings wise, I dont think it changes much for Missile cripple. and Since I am super inconsistent in getting Cliff cripple, you shouldnt take exemple on me for the settings. Also in the launcher, go to settings and use HDR or HBR or whatever it its, that will prevent you from having the white screen at the exit of 101 stay forever.

There are only two files that differ from 1.1 and current patch. Those files are the 1.1 required. Just replace the ones from your game folder to these ones. Well, I was able to fix it. I had the game in French and what you need to do it switch to english and then downpatch. So I hope your game isn't in english or that could be another problem.

I believe you can right click, properties and the version displays. Cant check now but I thinks it's like that for every file. at least it work for fallout4.exe
Well, verifying integrity of game cache will redownload all the current patch files. If for some obscure reason that shouldn't be possible, it doesn't work. try delete all the files in the fallout 4 folder steam/steamapps/common or just delete the Fallout 4 folder. Then verify game cache again. You can also just delete and redownload the game. If all of that fails, it means you didn't realise you are already on current patch.
Nuke World requires 1.7.12. I dont know about workshop dlcs but they should run fine on 1.7.12.

Ok, so, I made a little list of your timing on the first half of your attempts, that should help you get the timing better. Another thing, sometimes when you start the game it can randomly decide that you will not be able to get speedcripple on this game launch. Relaunching the game might help sometimes. If after 3-4 "perfect" timings you don't go fast, restart the game. now for your timings:
0:04 - a few frames too late 0:07 - too late 0:10 - way too late 0:13 - perfect 0:17 - a bit too early 0:19 - a bit too early 0:22 - way too late 0:25 - perfect 0:27 - way too late 0:30 - a few frames too early 0:32 - a few frames too late 0:35 - perfect
Not a wierd issue at all that's what happens almost everytime you don't get speedcripple. The speedgain is 0 when this happens. The reason you might never get it is because incorrect timing. You need to quickload after the missile explodes but before you hear the missile explode. Feels free to record yourself giving it a few tries so I can tell you what is wrong about your timing
