Hello. I understand there's a precedent for this, but I don’t think the way the categories are for this game make sense to me. If you do a solo 2 Player run w/o AI, it’s the w/o AI category, but if you do a co-op 2 Player run w/o AI, it’s a different category, even though the run is the same? Similarly, if I do a solo run with 2 AI, is that still Any%? What if I have 1 human with me, and an AI, is that Any%, or 3-Player Co-Op? To me, it would make more sense to have 2, 3, and 4 player categories, then differentiating if AI is used or not. This isn’t a demand, just trying to start a conversation about it! Thank you for your time in advance.
This run uses IGT, but there seem to be no specification of the run to be completed in SS. Could I get some clarification on the rules in terms of this topic?
As of 21/3/2017, this leaderboard will for now on be "Bishi Bashi Special 2". Bishi Bashi Special will be its own separate leaderboard. If you have any questions feel free to reply to this thread or contact me on Twitter.
As you all may know, the PAL release of Bishi Bashi Special consists of Bishi Bashi Special 1 and 2. Since these runs are drastically different, I was wondering what your thoughts were on putting them into two different leaderboards. I'm sure most of you all haven't ran Bishi Bashi Special 1, so if you have any questions about it, please let me know. The biggest difference is that the run is done with in-game time, rather than RTA, so putting both runs on the same leaderboard would get quite messy.
Otherwise, feel free to post your thoughts. I'd like to know runners' thoughts before I do anything.
