Mod note: this run would be normally rejected, because the runner didn't end it. Timer ends on first frame of exiting 9-Volt's boss stage, so I re-timed that fragment which runner "skipped" and added it (1s and 200ms) into the time. 9:31.750 + 1.200 = 9:32.950.
