I've created categories for the new remastered version. "All Campaigns" isn't something that anyone really runs so I haven't made that category, but if someone wants to submit it I'm open to it.
Individual levels was here before I became a mod and probably shouldn't be a category given the low attention they get, but I'm leaving them for DOS, but I do not plan on making level categories for remastered.

I don't remember how to set that up (something to do with sub categories and variables) but may do that if runs start coming in
