Low% is a common category in many other speedruns where you are meant to beat the game with as few items as possible. For this category it would be gathering as few items as possible on a set seed (glitchless). There could also be a Low% random seed glitchless as well as glitched runs. Me and my friends have done a few runs and would love to submit them to the category and hopefully get some competition as well.
