I recently submitted a run and I am currently pending approval. So, will I get a message or a notification to tell me it’s been approved?

I’ve recently submitted a Duo run with my friend and we are waiting for it to be approved. Do I need the run to get approved first or what? Thanks Any help will be appreciated.
