the only one i know for certain is the text during the airship cutscenes for smb3 is faster.
my best guess is since that tile was originally a bro fight tile, that space is more or less just to prevent a hb from moving there. id suggest not entering any spade game on its modified spaces. im pretty sure this will happen for all the extra spade games in worlds 2-6. i could be wrong.
i agree with mars. being able to play the more difficult games first would be a nice change.

brocis 1 warp can take a hike honestly. 7-1 isnt too bad. 7-6 can eat crap and die, and even if that works out 7-9 usually doesnt. and if by some odd chance 7-9 works the hands dont. i feel like that category is an even bigger slot machine than warpless

from what i remember when this hack came out i had no issues with it on nestopia. that was also 5 years ago but still. that was before i got into speedrunning. the only emulator i remember this not working at all on was virtuaNES. but then again that emulator sucked.

there was a similar issue with the 1+2 categories when they were around. and it was also when a wr was in danger. in the description of the pro cart it even lists how fast the game load times were. at the same time the same argument could be made for people who just switch out the cart and loads just as fast. or emulator. instant game load. is that unfair?

ive been doing NES Trilogy runs on the everdrive pro pretty much since i got it. and all of a sudden now its an issue? cmon man.

not getting the early pspeed only costs about 1.5 seconds. so its not a huge deal
there is a very small amount of rng for 1-2 early pspeed. if you end 1-1 with a subpixel value of 14 or 15 the early pspeed strategy will never work. as for how to actually get it, my best advice is just to get a feel for the jumps at the beginning. this is a good guide here:
