What about a way that we can report users on forums who harass people or report people who cheat on speedruns??

I saw on the RE4 central stream that there is a new load remover for the game, and i just started to speedrun the game and want to know what the general thought on it was. i dont see any runs of it and i don't find the link for it. Does anyone know how it works and if it's any good?
