we have already accepted a couple of runs with refill perk. Personally I don't have anything against using that perk. So feel free to use it. :)

There is a unanimity between moderators. We simply can't accept and verify your runs without this race information window. We can't retime your runs properly like this. So please, next time, include HUD in your runs, so your runs can be verified.

1. Yes. NG+ profile in this case means, that you can have already beaten levels and just beat them again. This game has a weird progression, hence NG+ profile.
2. I have no idea if there is a way to do that. If you find anything like this, please tell us.
