You shouldn't use speedrun mode, and don't worry about time without loads or miliseconds, those are left blank.

Some of the rules are outdated. You can use the guest card, the timer is not working anymore. If your headset is PCVR (connected via cable to a pc) pick PC, if it is standalone pick Oculus. This is the first time we get a Bilibili submission but I think I should be able to verify it. Make sure for your next runs to only enter the time in "Time with loads"

You can change it in the settings (menu button) It's a matter of preference though, both transitions work for runs
