I personally reckon that BlastEm should be allowed, for a few reasons:

1. It's very accurate
2. (for me at least) It gets more consistent high framerates
3. In its base form, it doesn't even have savestates

This doesn't really matter, I just thought it would be nice if it were allowed, seeing as much worse emulators (in terms of accuracy) such as Kega Fusion are allowed

The rules say that genesis plus GX is legal, just wondering if that extends to the libretro (RetroArch) core.
