if it helps theres a premade modpack on modrinth called "SpeedrunPack" that has all the allowed mods for speedrunning

to my knowledge, you can use any launcher as long as the mods you have enabled are allowed

this actually sounds really cool. i'd definitely love to see a category for this, although i feel like there has to be some way to get around lvl 7. ill try some stuff out to see if its skippable.
