Both Discord and Speedrun.com have a minimum age requirement of 13 years.

From now on, all threads about this matter will be immediately locked/deleted. There is no reason to continue this conversation, as it only causes meaningless strife between players. Robo and Atheist have already exited the community, so there is no rhyme or reason in further communicating with them on this topic.

we accused you of cheating because in all of your 1-3 tied world record videos, your dive jumps are too imprecise to have tied the preexisting world records. if you look at any of the world records for any of the levels you submitted to, you can see that the dive jumps are much closer to the ground and you can barely see the character go into the dive animation, if at all before going into the dive jump animation. the staff has also looked into your 2 video a little closer and we found that you were likely changing the maxspeed because not only were your dive jumps imprecise like your other two videos, but your 1fsj was much longer than in the current world record. therefore we decided that the three were fake.

you aren't an authority on this topic and i'm skeptical to think that you know more about ovo speedruns than our entire community when your speedrun.com account is only 12 hours old. you aren't even in the discord either, you haven't submitted any runs to the speedrun.com page, and nobody knows you or trusts you. i don't think your opinion is valid in this conversation. you have done nothing to prove that your claim that the space program passed off as an any% run is legitimate and i don't think you ever will. we did not overreact with that, we just made a decision that you somehow didn't agree with even though you didn't even know about it since you aren't in the discord and your speedrun.com account isn't even a day old. what especially confuses me is why you talk about this as if you know what's going on while all evidence else proves otherwise. i think you're either the alt of robotmania or atheist, considering that you labelled yourself as being from texas and being completely educated about this situation even though you're completely new to speedrun.com and not in the discord. alts and cheating make for a true ban cocktail. if you aren't an alt, then leave this forum. you don't know what you're talking about so don't talk at all. cheating is a serious issue for all speedrunning communities so if you're going to make a uneducated decision about this then you don't understand the severity of potentially cheated runs being on the same leaderboards as legitimate runs.

hacked runs aren't too much of a thing, but some people do submit runs with glitches as a glitchless run.

so it's pretty precise, but when you get to the corner of the level, you dive and then smash in quick succession in order to clip your hitbox into the flag. i find that it's easier to do in 27 than 17, but both are easy when you get the hang of it. you just need to hit the keys pretty quickly.

you don't necessarily need to be on 1.4, it's just easier to do so. you could technically run tutorial on 1.2/1.3 if you just decided to take the time to look at the timer right as you hit the flag.
