Hi there, I usually record using a software called "XSplit", it is quite easy to use. If the games you need to run need in screen clock, you can use a software called "LiveSplit" as well. They are available here http://www.speedrun.com/resources with many other resources you may want. Welcome!
Howdy mate, You can use XSplit to record the games (or even to make streams), and to use in screen stopwatch there is LiveSplit. Both are pretty easy to use, in one hour I was recording my runs. Good luck!
Can I run those games on emulators? I don't have a NES, only a SNES. Emulators are allowed in the speedrun communnity?
When you find that crazy glitch let me know, then I'll try with you. 4 hour is too long, I keep messing up 15 min runs, imagine a 4 hour, I'll do so many bad moves that I'll finish it with 15 hours instead of 4 hahahaha.
Hey Syldat, Do you have any idea of how long will be this speedrun? Maybe I could try it, if it's not that long!
Hey Racingmonster, thanks for your time! I added some social medias to my profile, as you suggested, and looked at that forum thread, I loved it! Even played some of the games already! Thank you, and if someone else knows other games, feel free to suggest!
Hey guys, I'm kind of new in speedrunning, and love short games (Ittle Dew is one of my favorites), I would like to know if you guys can recommend any short games (speedrun under 15min) that are nice, maybe because of great game, or great soundtrack, or even just because you guys like it. Any suggestions? I've submitted so far 5 or 6 speedruns only, and would like to speedrun a little more, just for fun! Sorry about bad english, Best regards from Brazil, FireAgostini
I'm trying to contact etholon and hvqoi to change this, so far no success.
