where have you seen this? i can only think of maybe one instance in the year or more that i've been a mod where i've seen that happen. and when it did, we went through and re-verified it anyway. link to where this has happened at all recently

no, retroarch is not allowed. if it's not pj64 1.6, mupen64plus on linux, or openemu on mac, it's a no go
