NEW STRAT: don't come up with anything smart coz it will just get banned

So I saw this https://www.speedrun.com/aj/guide/sp78p & realised that I am already on point with everything mentioned there

Point 1: There is no unnescessary devices to remove since my pc is the only thing hooked up to the router

Point 2: I am plugged into the router with an ethernet cable

Point 3: I don't get what is meant by "if it's under or equal to 3 bars, reset your router."

I am ~5.5 seconds behind the banned% wr because I load the website for so long its insane

I ran speedtest.net on the server it gave me & here is the results also I have considered getting a new router over this ancient d-link crap
