How was the door to security room open without the blue card?

Depends actually on resolution and refresh rate that you set on ur pc

In any% if I found 1 evidence and then i see dots for example so if 2 ghosts let say goryo and phantom are possible (dont know if the combination is actually possible) can i end the run and check phantom without finding the 3rd evidence? What i mean to say is can i use ghost behavior to disapprove a ghost? like if i see dots, can not be goryo, if ghost step on the salt can not be wraith and so on?

How do you guys do that skip in the beginig of the map?
